Rich joined PGPC in July 2024, transitioning from Archi-Technology (A-T), providing strategic consulting, planning, design, and construction services for technology projects that are part of building construction projects or independent major installations and upgrades.

Rich has nearly 40 years of experience in the telecommunications infrastructure and technology industries. He has great insight and understanding of industry-standard systems installations, and has deep knowledge and understanding of IT infrastructure.

His primary responsibilities are project and construction management, and systems design of the Syracuse University Network Master Plan.
