Huyland joined Peterson Guadagnolo Consulting Engineers PC in 2006. Prior to joining PGPC, he worked as an HVAC designer and drafter for RAM-TECH Engineers.

Throughout his career, Huyland has contributed to a wide range of projects, including the replacement of domestic hot water storage systems for apartment complexes, underground electric and communication services for dormitories, temporary steam services to hospitals, and residential HVAC and plumbing renovations. He has also performed plumbing and HVAC design for large-scale toilet room renovation projects.

Huyland’s expertise encompasses HVAC and plumbing design for classrooms, laboratories, kitchens, and office spaces. His work includes heat load calculations, equipment selection, as well as ductwork and piping design.

He has prepared alternative analyses, sketches, and Opinions of Probable Construction Cost for HVAC improvements and concept designs. Huyland is experienced in the development of construction drawings and specifications, managing projects through multiple phases.
