Underground district steam and condensate distribution system upgrades. Replace failed steam main to the Lodge. Turning Stone had to place the Lodge on a temporary oil-fired boiler during the steam replacement due to the severity of the failure. Replace condensate main from Casino & Event Center. Condensate main had failed underneath the Event Center loading dock and replacement pipe was routed through the casino mechanical spaces, across a entry hallway, through the parking garage and back to the distribution system.
