This project involved critical upgrades to the underground district steam and condensate distribution system serving the Lodge at Turning Stone. Due to a severe failure of the steam main, the Lodge was temporarily supplied by an oil-fired boiler during the replacement process.

Additionally, the condensate main from the Casino & Event Center, which had failed beneath the Event Center loading dock, was replaced. The new condensate piping was carefully routed through the casino’s mechanical spaces, across an entry hallway, and through the parking garage before reconnecting to the distribution system.
