Construction of 6,000 square foot head-end telecommunications equipment center including installation of new chilled water service tied to campus underground distribution system, primary/standby chilled water pumps, and three vertical 25-ton capacity chilled water air handling units with staging controls and dedicated common supply air plenum designed for redundancy, turndown, and space temperature control. Support spaces included offices, restroom, and utility spaces outfitted with a dedicated HVAC fan coil unit and energy recovery ventilation system integrated to the building energy management system.
