Multi-phase and multi-year project for site improvements to the Le Moyne College Quad located in front of Grewen Hall. Project includes water distribution replacements, domestic water and fire service replacements to existing facilities, site lighting upgrades, plaza construction with pedestal lighting. Plaza construction included provisions for event power and communication needs.
