A new corporate office building and 24/7/365 call center for the underground utilities marking and protection program for New York State (it has since been rebranded as UDig NY). All new MEPF systems were provided for the building.
One interesting facet of the building was a “test dig” area. This facility includes both classroom space for lectures, seminars and other traditional classes, as well as a hands-on area where students can learn how to mark out – and find – concealed underground utilities.
