Underground district steam distribution project to upgrade a major section of the system from Vault D220 to Vault D250. Project removed the failing FRP condensate mains, re-insulated steam mains, installed new pre-insulated stainless steel condensate mains, and performed steam vault structural repairs. Project included traffic control measures, road detours, closing of campus entrance road, and close coordination with the SUNY ESF College.
