Installation of a 300,000 lb/hr capacity boiler feedwater deaerator in an existing central steam heating plant including process piping replacement and sequential upgrade of (3) 75-horsepower boiler feedwater pumps. Temporary mechanical and structural provisions were implemented in a sequential process to enable the central plant, also designated as a critical facility serving hospitals and university research facilities, to maintain steam production and service to its customers.
