This site utility and improvement project involved multiple upgrades across the campus infrastructure. Key components included the replacement and upgrade of underground steam distribution piping between Vaults A185 and A200, as well as structural repairs to Vault A200. The project also extended the underground district chilled water distribution system and constructed a new chilled water service to Falk College.

In addition to utility improvements, the project featured the installation of a field turf lawn area south of Crouse College and approximately 8,500 square feet of heated concrete sidewalks and brick paver areas with snowmelt systems to enhance safety and accessibility during winter months.
